Delta (Δ) is the symbol for change—a shift, a difference
and that is the heart of Delta Counseling.
Delta Counseling exist to help people create meaningful shifts in their lives through clarity, encouragement, and real support. No more DIY healing or feeling stuck. Transformation happens best in connection, and this is a safe place where that change begins.
Hey there! I’m Leslie Luttrell, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and EMDR-trained therapist.
In our sessions you’ll find a relaxed, welcoming space where it’s okay to let your guard down, ugly cry, and be met with understanding, not judgment. I specialize in trauma therapy, supporting adults and teens as they make sense of single-incident and complex trauma. Roughly 70% of U.S. adults experience at least one traumatic event, and trauma often shows up as depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship strain, sleep disruption, or trouble concentrating and remembering. I use evidence-based tools to lessen symptoms, restore a sense of safety, and rebuild resilience. My hope is that therapy becomes a place of healing and possibility where, together, we’ll uncover your strengths, build skills, and create a calmer, clearer life aligned with who you’re becoming rather than one held back by trauma.
I bring a unique blend of experience to my work, with a background in Special Education, School Counseling, and behavioral health across inpatient, PHP, and IOP settings. These roles have given me a deep appreciation for the challenges we face as humans, the resilience we carry, and the stories that shape our identities. More importantly, they’ve fueled my passion for helping people grow, heal, and reconnect with their sense of self and direction. My educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Education from Kansas State University, a Master's in Education from UTA, and a Master's in Counseling from LeTourneau University.

Yes! I accept insurance, and the plans I currently work with are listed on the home page. I work with Headway as a third-party service to get credentialed with insurance providers. If you don’t see yours listed, please reach out—I may be able to help. For those paying out of pocket, my individual sessions are $130.
A typical counseling session at Delta Counseling lasts for 55 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.
Yes. Your privacy is very important to me. Everything you share in counseling is kept confidential, except in a few situations required by law—such as if someone is in danger or if there is suspected abuse. I’ll explain these limits before we start so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is to create a safe, private space where you can feel comfortable sharing openly.
That’s completely okay! You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Sometimes we start by talking about what’s been on your mind lately, how your week has gone, or what feelings you’ve noticed. I’ll guide the conversation with questions and activities to help you feel comfortable. Therapy is a safe space to explore, even if you’re not sure where to begin.
Yes! I offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions to fit your needs and schedule. Whether you prefer meeting face-to-face, connecting online, or a mix of both, we’ll find the option that works best for you.
